Once an order is placed, users shouldn't be left wondering, “Where is my order?
On Zestza, I designed the delivery progress flow to keep users informed at every stage from order confirmation to preparation, dispatch, and delivery.
Every step is clearly communicated so users always know what’s happening with their order and what to expect next.
