RELAY - AI Customer Support SaaS | Website Copy
A self-initiated B2B SaaS website copy concept for RELAY, a fictional AI customer-support platform designed to help support teams automate repetitive requests while giving agents AI assistance on more complex conversations.
I developed the homepage messaging with a focus on clear positioning, strong value communication, and conversation focused CTAs. Speaking directly to support leaders and teams looking to scale without sacrificing the quality of their customer experience.
