Maze wanted me to book a demo just to run a usability test. I just wanted to send a link to 5 people and see where they got stuck. So I built u/test. Define tasks with CSS selectors, share a link, get data back. No setup, no sales call, no engineer needed. Ran it on my own project — an AI crypto wallet. Caught something I wouldn't have found in Figma: 55% of testers misclicked on the first step. The nav label was fine. The position wasn't. One data point, one fix. It tracks click accuracy, rage clicks, misclicks, time-on-task, friction per step.
