Pawlish fixes the front door with a booking flow that only shows days she's on a customer's street, calculates price and duration live, and holds the slot with a $15 deposit.
It fixes the follow-through with 24-hour and 2-hour reminders with one-tap confirm or reschedule, a waitlist that refills cancelled slots, and an owner dashboard that shows what the system already handled.
Maya controls her own availability, and everything on the site reads from it.
