Why I Created This Project

I created The Method Behind It to showcase my skills as a professional Customer Success Manager.

The project demonstrates how I approach customer success strategically — using customer data and adoption metrics to identify opportunities, recognize early warning signals, diagnose root causes, engage customers proactively, resolve challenges, and drive retention and growth.

It is a practical representation of my ability to combine customer-centric thinking, data analysis, proactive engagement, problem-solving, onboarding, retention, and expansion to create measurable customer value.
