UPDATE🔥 It's incredible 🤯 how good Seedance 2.5 has gotten at 90s nostalgia. Not the aesthetic version of it, the actual thing: the light, the grain, the way a summer afternoon sat in a room. So I built a whole film out of it.
GOLDEN HOUR, 1996. One unbroken 30 second take through a single day in the mid 90s. You wake up, you eat fast, you get on the bike, and the street opens up. It's shot entirely POV, so the camera is a kid's eyes and nobody's face appears anywhere in the film. Only hands, from the wrist forward. No cuts either. Every transition is physical: a doorframe, a screen door, a tunnel of trees, the glass of a television. Made in CapCut Video Studio with Seedance 2.5, built on 19 locked reference images and one style paragraph pasted into every single generation to hold the film stock consistent across all 30 seconds.
Full prompt and workflow coming tomorrow in a step by step video.
