For the #GiveItAGlow challenge, I chose FACE FOUNDRIÉ, a beauty and skincare business with an existing online presence, and reimagined how customers experience the brand online.

Their website shared the right information but left room for a more modern, streamlined customer journey. Visitors had to navigate through multiple pages to find treatments, compare services, and book appointments, with little personalized guidance along the way.
Using Base44, I designed and built a fully responsive website focused on simplicity, elegance, and conversion.
The new experience includes:
✨ A premium, mobile first design
✨ Clear service discovery for facials, brows, lashes, and skincare
✨ A redesigned membership experience
✨ Faster and more intuitive appointment booking
✨ An AI powered Skin Expert that helps customers choose the right treatment based on their skincare goals
Automation
To create real business value, I implemented an AI Superagent that answers frequently asked questions, recommends treatments, guides customers through the booking process, and reduces repetitive customer support. I also added automated appointment confirmations and lead capture to streamline communication and improve the customer experience.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful design and automation can help local businesses save time, improve customer engagement, and create a more memorable digital experience.

So most founders know outreach works and still don't do it, because doing it properly eats hours they don't have.
I build LinkedIn agents that take that off your plate. The agent researches prospects, writes actually-personalised messages based on what they're working on, and queues them up. Nothing sends without your yes. You review the batch, tap approve, and it goes out.
So it's not spray-and-pray automation that torches your reputation. It's your voice and your judgement, just without you doing sixty tabs of research and drafting every single time.

What actually stops you doing outreach consistently, the time or just hating the process?
Outstanding.
Everyone wants a higher conversion rate, but most founders focus on the wrong thing: traffic.
Traffic is vanity. Conversion is sanity.
When I start designing a landing page, I ignore the colors, the fonts, and the 'cool' design trends for the first hour. I focus entirely on one thing: Friction.
If a customer has to:
Scroll more than twice to find the price.
Read more than three lines to understand the benefit.
Click more than once to find the 'Add to Cart' button...
...you aren't just losing sales, you're losing your customers to competitors who make it easy.
Design isn't about looking good it's about removing the obstacles between your customer and the 'Checkout' button.
