Revenue: SaaS ($299 MXN/mo). Increases ticket value via AI upselling and cuts labor overhead.
UX: WhatsApp-style chat for natural language orders + real-time barista dashboard.
Tech: Bubble + n8n. Converts chat into structured data using Bubble’s real-time engine for instant syncing.
