Built the company’s CRM ecosystem from scratch to connect with small retailers across Mexico.
Challenges: No CRM structure, fragmented communication, and limited customer data prevented efficient, personalized outreach.
Solution: Implemented Braze as the core platform, creating automated multichannel journeys (in-app, WhatsApp, email, push, SMS).
