Looking for Advice: How Can I Get My First Project on Contra?

I joined Contra with the hope of finding exciting freelance opportunities and working with clients from around the world. However, since creating my account, I haven't been able to land my first project yet.
I'm a frontend developer with skills in React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. I'm continuously working on improving my skills and building projects to showcase my abilities.

I designed it so a newcomer can see where to start within seconds: one clear tree, Ctrl+K search, and watch tracking that syncs with Google sign-in. Built with plain JavaScript and Firebase. No ads, no trackers.
