Real-time carat pricing next to the 3D preview removes the biggest doubt before checkout. Did the customizer change how long visitors stay compared to the static collection pages?
Spot-on observation, Ivan! Yes, the dwell time difference is huge.
On static pages, visitors stayed ~50 seconds. With the interactive 3D customizer, average session duration jumped to over 3.5 to 4 minutes as buyers test diamond cuts, metals, and live pricing.
