I built Crowned by Nia, a smart booking experience for a solo braiding studio in Spartanburg, SC.

Nia was losing hours every week answering the same DMs about pricing, availability, hair prep, deposits, confirmations, and rescheduling. Crowned turns “Can I book with you?” into “You’re booked” with almost no manual work from the owner.

Customers can choose a style, customize it, see live pricing, view only appointment times that fit the full service duration, pay a deposit, and manage their appointment themselves. Crowned then handles confirmations, prep reminders, rescheduling, follow-up, and abandoned-booking recovery automatically.

The owner dashboard shows the impact clearly: 47 automated actions, only 2 owner actions required, recovered bookings, and more than 4 hours of admin time returned to Nia in a sample week.

The goal was simple: let Nia focus on the client in her chair while Crowned handles the booking.
