The Launch Room | A Creative Workspace Built with Base44
I built The Launch Room around a challenge that digital artists often face when preparing their artwork collections for launch.
Once the artwork is finished, there's still a lot to figure out. Which designs should be featured? How will they look in different applications? What creative direction should the collection follow? And how can all of this be turned into launch-ready content?
I wanted to bring that process into one workspace.
The Launch Room allows creators to organize original artwork, experiment with designs on editorial cards, journal covers, and gift wrapping, and compare alternatives through an interactive Creative Contrast tool.
I also integrated AI Collection Intelligence, which analyzes selected artwork and recommends visual directions, groupings, and presentation ideas. Creators can review and adjust those recommendations. The AI Launch Kit then uses confirmed product information to draft titles, descriptions, highlights, keywords, and other launch materials.
For the working example, I used 24 original Winter Papers designs, including real AI analysis of three selected artworks. The application also features saved compositions, editable launch materials, and an interactive public Showcase where visitors can explore the results.
The homepage demonstrates additional creative styles, including Chinoiserie, Cowboy, and Checkered.
My goal was to make the creative launch process more organized and practical while keeping creators in control of their final decisions.

- Tailored proposals in about a minute. Strong fits get a scoped proposal with workstreams, a realistic timeline and three priced packages.
- Online acceptance and kickoff booking. Clients pick a package, accept online and book their kickoff call on the spot.
- A project that runs itself. Milestones are planned on acceptance, and follow-ups and reminders go out automatically.
- A morning digest. Every day at 08:00 the studio owner gets a summary of new briefs, proposals awaiting review, clients who haven’t replied, and what’s due.
- An owner dashboard showing pipeline, win rate and hours saved, plus a review queue to approve held proposals in one click.
- A live demo console where anyone can send a sample brief through the real pipeline and watch each step happen.
The morning digest is my favorite part here. When inquiries, proposals and deadlines are all in one place, you don't have to start the day searching through conversations. I'd just put the items that need an owner's decision today at the top.
