Title: Santa-Cruz Travel Agency โ€” From Word of Mouth & Instagram DMs to a Full Tour Selection Platform Description: Santa-Cruz is a real travel agency in Odessa, Ukraine with 25+ years of experience and a 5.0 Google rating. Over the decades they built a loyal base of repeat clients who come back year after year and recommend the agency to friends and family through word of mouth. Their online presence: an outdated website that was eventually abandoned, an Instagram account, and Telegram. New clients find them almost exclusively through personal recommendations from people who've travelled with them for years. I personally love this agency โ€” and I wanted to give them a real chance to grow beyond word of mouth. The After: A fully designed, bilingual (EN/UA) website built entirely in Base44 โ€” live, mobile-responsive, and built for real business operations from day one.

-Hero with bilingual copy and destination overview -Interactive tour catalog with 8 destinations (Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Greece, UAE, Cyprus, Maldives, Tunisia) -Hot Deals section with weekly tour table, filters by destination and duration, and fan-card animation -AI Superagent chat widget answering FAQs about tours, visas, and pricing in Ukrainian 24/7 -Personal tour selection form โ€” client fills in destination, dates, budget, number of adults and children โ†’ saved to database โ†’ manager receives instant email with full client details to prepare a personalised offer -Packing Checklist automation โ€” user selects destination, enters email, receives a custom checklist automatically -Live weather widget for all destinations via OpenWeatherMap API -Memory Gallery with Pinterest-style masonry layout -Tips blog with expert articles from the agency's 25+ years of experience -Interactive Google Maps embed in Contacts -Full bilingual EN/UA language switcher
The automation that matters most: Before: every lead came through DMs. The manager had to manually ask each client about destination, dates, budget, and group size โ€” one message at a time. After: every inquiry hits a database and triggers an immediate email to the manager with the full client profile โ€” ready to call and offer the perfect tour without a single back-and-forth message.
