B, Pixel Decode for me. The dissolve reveal earns a spot on a hero or section entrance where motion guides the eye, while Pixel Filter reads as a one-note static treatment. I would just watch scroll performance on B.

A, for me, the pixel filter keeps the light source readable while still breaking up the image. dither tends to flatten everything into the same texture regardless of what's actually in the frame.
What direction do you think will be more successful?
1. Bright colors, sans serifs
2. Calm, restrained, serif
I think demand is returning for calm, restrained design. Sophisticated but calm colours, elegant typography
