I came across the existing digital presence for Roostas and saw a significant opportunity for a rescue. Their site was outdated, clunky, and featured broken contact pages that were likely costing them real customer inquiries. For the #GiveItAGlow challenge, I gave them a complete digital renovation! 🍗✨
The Transformation:
Real-World Utility: I transformed a broken, outdated site into a modern, live, and fully functional platform that now successfully bridges the gap between the brand and its customers.
Design Quality: I completely redesigned the UI to be premium, mobile-responsive, and visually striking, ensuring the digital experience finally matches the quality of their Karoo-style cooking.
Automation & Operations: I implemented a seamless ordering flow and a custom backend kitchen dashboard to track orders in real-time, replacing their previous static, broken experience with a streamlined operational tool.
AI Integration: I added an AI concierge to handle FAQs instantly, ensuring that customers get the information they need without the frustration of broken contact forms.
This project was about turning a neglected digital asset into a functional tool that actually drives business outcomes.
