Appreciate you noticing the caption placement! That version is actually formatted as the master cut, but I usually trim it down to around 30-45 seconds for Reels to keep the pacing snappy.
A master cut plus a 30 to 45 second trim for Reels is a smart setup. Do you keep the same hook in the first 3 seconds on both versions?
