When I build an MVP, I don't jump straight into code.
I first turn the idea into a clear product path.
My simple process:
1. Find the real user problem
2. Define the smallest useful version
3. Remove features that can wait
4. Map the main user flow
5. Build the core feature first
6. Launch early, collect feedback, and improve
An MVP is not a cheap version of the final product. It is the fastest way to test if the idea has real value.
