Built HarborPoint for the #lovablechallenge , a clinic booking system that turns “Can I book?” into “You’re booked.”
Patients can book online or by voice, manage appointments themselves, and receive automatic reminders. Staff get their own dashboard with live schedules, follow-ups, and an AI assistant.
Crenaly: a booking SaaS I designed and built end-to-end for appointment-based businesses in France: salons, barbers, beauty and wellness.
The core idea: when a client cancels, the freed slot is automatically offered to clients who asked for an earlier time. The first to accept gets it, their appointment moves in place, and the slot they leave is offered next. No double booking, no manual work.
Around it, a full product:
→ Branded booking page for each business, embeddable on their own site
→ Mobile-first booking flow, no account needed
→ Agenda, client management, team roles & permissions
→ Verified reviews, analytics, Stripe billing
Automatically offering a cancelled slot to the next client is such a practical feature for salons and barbers. Designing and building Crenaly end to end must have made those flows much tighter.
This is a restaurant management software and it is integrated with a delivery app and a chat app so from ordering to preparing to delivery it all syncs. it is in both web and mobile app.
Turning Leads Into Booked Appointments With GoHighLevel
Getting leads is one thing. Making sure those leads are contacted, followed up with, and converted into booked appointments is where the real work happens.
With GoHighLevel, businesses can manage their leads, organize conversations, track prospects, and keep follow-ups consistent without letting potential customers slip through the cracks.
As an Appointment Setter, I understand the importance of timely communication, lead qualification, objection handling, and consistent follow-up.
Combining appointment setting with GoHighLevel CRM helps create a smoother process, from the first point of contact to a confirmed appointment.
Whether it's B2B outreach, cold calling, Instagram and Facebook DM outreach, inbound lead follow-up, or managing prospects through a CRM pipeline, the goal remains the same: turn more conversations into qualified appointments.
A good lead deserves a good follow-up.
How does your business currently manage leads that show interest but aren't ready to book immediately?
