Shop Express LDA , a round-the-clock conventional retail store in the Delhi NCR Region .
Their current online presence is mainly centered around their official site :- https://shopexpresslda.com/ and Instagram .
The original site mainly shows the brand, store story, categories, reviews, and contact details. Every business deserves a Glow up hence I redesigned the site into an intelligent retail platform using Base44.
This new version keeps the same real business identity and content, but upgrades the experience into something customers can actually use.
It now has:-
1) a 24/7 AI concierge/Superagent that answers product, menu, and store questions, helps guide customers to the right branch, and supports order-related interactions.
2) A state-of-the-art Pantry Twin that predicts when common items are likely to run out, a live kitchen menu with category filtering, real order tracking, and a product request system so customers can ask for items the store does not currently stock.
3) On top of that, I added a loyalty system, referral sharing, community drop features AND A STANDOUT geofenced curbside logic which means the curbside option only works when the customer is close enough to a store, and it unlocks pickup only for that nearby location.
4) WhatsApp-based lead outreach so the business can actively drive repeat sales and customer engagement.
It improves the design, keeps the branding intact, works well on mobile, and adds working automations that save time and create more business value. The walkthrough video shows the full before-and-after transformation and the key features in action. @Base44 #GiveItAGlow

Nearly 90 years of family craftsmanship. Engagement rings, heirlooms, repairs, appraisals, gold buying, and the kind of customer trust that only a real local business can earn across generations.
For the Base44 #GiveItAGlow challenge, I wanted to give that legacy a digital experience worthy of the brand.
Before, too much of the business still depended on analog systems:
Inventory lived in spreadsheets. Appraisals relied on calculators, paper notes, and delayed callbacks. Custom design and heirloom documentation mostly started in person. 3,700+ products were difficult to organize, review, and act on quickly.
So I built Maurice’s Jewelers a complete digital operating system — not just a website.
The platform includes:
A live luxury storefront Three showroom modes A Diamond Room A custom Design Lab A Gemstone Vault Virtual Try-On Heirloom Passports Appointment booking Live gold appraisal intake An admin appraisal workflow And ARIA — an AI inventory advisor that helps review the full catalog and recommend what to restock, archive, or stop tracking.
The real value is in the automation.
A gold appraisal request that used to require a phone call and manual follow-up can now begin instantly online. Customers submit details, receive an estimate, and the lead lands directly in the owner’s review queue.
Inventory review also becomes faster. Instead of manually sorting through spreadsheet exports, ARIA turns thousands of products into clear business actions with explainable recommendations.
