TuSmo is a home services marketplace designed to adapt to real user behavior in Serbia based on early research.
Providers didn’t want in-app booking, and users don’t trust in-app payments — but both sides value reliable reviews.
Instead of booking, TuSmo uses service requests where users post jobs and relevant providers respond with offers.
Trust is built through a controlled review system — reviews unlock only after a real interaction, such as an accepted offer.
