As the final hours of Config Makeathon draw in, I'm genuinely overwhelmed.
I posted to 5 Reddit communities asking people about closed places they still think about. Over 540,000 people saw those posts. 4,400+ left memories. 55 countries visited the archive.
200+ lost places are now documented. Bars, diners, record shops, venues, places that meant something to someone.
Figma made this possible in a makeathon window. Moodboarding, brand identity, planning, rapid iteration. Work that would have taken me weeks happened in days.
