Since I am still learning this field, I want to do real work, I am looking for clients to do some work completely for free
One suggestion from experience: instead of fully free, offer a couple of portfolio projects at a low fixed rate. Free work often gets treated as low priority by clients, and it undervalues the skill you are building. A small paid scope gets you real feedback and a testimonial you can actually use.
