ShipProof — evidence-first release readiness for mobile teams
ShipProof is a six-screen Flowstep prototype that turns release readiness into a traceable chain: claim → observed behavior → required evidence → reviewer consequence → recovery.
I built it because conventional release dashboards compress risk into generic scores. In practice, one missing network trace or expired demo path can make an App Store answer impossible to defend. ShipProof surfaces that weakest proof and guides the team to repair it before submission.
Built and iterated in Flowstep with ChatGPT/Codex. I started with a generic HUD-style direction, then rebuilt the interface around a modern developer-tool system and made the evidence chain the primary interaction.

The taste map gives the journal a reason to get better over time. I'd make the first few entries useful on their own, before there is enough history to recommend anything.
PreMortem is an AI release-readiness workspace for product teams.
Most launch plans document what should work. PreMortem helps teams uncover what could break before a feature reaches customers.
Teams frame a real business decision, separate evidence from assumptions, review AI-generated findings, run a structured pre-mortem, and convert critical risks into measurable validation plans. The journey ends with a readiness memo that makes unresolved conditions and release gates explicit.
I wanted this product to exist because important product decisions are often scattered across documents, opinions, research, and meetings. PreMortem brings them into one traceable workflow while keeping the final judgment human.
Keeping evidence separate from assumptions makes sense. When a risk gets cleared, I’d show the test that changed the team’s mind.
