An AI-powered Invoice management System. Previously, Merchaint was a document management system.
The client wants to convert it into an accounts payable system. Our task as a design team was to research it and then create a wireframe and design the Hi-Fi system.

Skill Assessment Matrix is a SaaS designed to help Product Designers and UI/UX Designers better understand their current level, identify their strongest skills, and build a personalized growth roadmap
The idea came from a problem I experienced early in my career:

This first version is focused on the desktop experience and was designed as the foundation for a larger SaaS product

Skill Assessment Matrix helps designers answer three simple questions:

ā¦ What should I focus on next?
The product guides users through a complete career planning flow:
š¦šš²š½ š [Career Goals Setup] Users define their career goals and desired direction
š¦šš²š½ š® [Self Assessment] Users evaluate their current skills across multiple competency areas
š¦šš²š½ šÆ [Summary] The system generates a personalized overview highlighting strengths and growth opportunities.
š¦šš²š½ š° [Roadmap Builder] Users receive a personalized roadmap and can further customize it by adding their own skills
š¦šš²š½ š± [PDF Export] The final roadmap can be exported as a PDF and used as a practical career development plan.

Growing up as an Asian woman, I was taught that humility is a virtue.
At every performance review, I couldn't remember my wins. Even when I did, I couldn't say them out loud.
And it's not just me. It's millions of people, especially women, especially in cultures that teach you not to put yourself forward.

āļø How we built it:
- Figma Weave: my sister's illustration studio ā one consistent hand-drawn cat family, 20 characters, and UI components
- Figma Make: product logic + QA partner ā I used it to test edge cases, catch usability gaps, and turn raw notes into business language. We found and fixed 10 issues this way earlier.
For everyone who taught their work should speak for itself, now it actually does!
