SPF, DKIM, DMARC and authentication can have a huge impact on email trust and deliverability.

Honestly, as a designer I almost never think about SPF or DKIM until a client mentions their emails are landing in spam, then it's a scramble. Sounds like something that should be part of the handoff checklist from the start. Did that lesson come from a real project going sideways, or just the course itself?
