Built this Framer site from scratch.
The interesting part wasn't the design.
It was building this team section with a flipping interaction and full-card expansion on hover.
Here's the final result.
Agree that the build is the fun part here. What did you end up leaning on for the expand, Framer's native variants and hover states, or did you have to drop into a code component to get it that smooth?

Infinite carousels live or die on the seam at the loop point, so that is the first thing I would stress-test, especially on a slow scroll or a paused hover. Since a template gets filled with other people's images, I would also check it stays smooth when the assets are heavier than your demo set. Looks clean so far.
Been working on my 6th framer template. Almost ready, just a couple of things left.

Instead of images size cover frame, make it bigger in X, that as slides , also scroll the image from X 0 to 100 - cool parallax effect ⭐
