If you work in web design or development, you already know this.

The moment a file is named:

final-homepage-v3-LAST-FINAL-revised-2

…you know the project is entering a dangerous phase. 😂

A client says:

“Everything looks perfect. Just one last tiny adjustment.”

Then suddenly:

→ The headline changes → The image changes → The CTA changes → The mobile layout needs “a little tweak” → Someone on the team has a new idea → And the “final version” quietly becomes Version 19

But I’ve stopped seeing revisions as the annoying part of the process.

Sometimes that extra round is where the project becomes noticeably better.

A stronger headline.

A cleaner layout.

A better user flow.

One detail nobody noticed earlier.

Good work usually isn’t created in one perfect attempt.

It gets reviewed, questioned, refined, tested, and improved.

So today, I’m raising a virtual coffee to everyone currently working on their:

“FINAL_final_REAL-final-v7.” ☕😂
