Stri-dent Always Corporation needed a clear and credible way to present its HR, organizational development, and executive advisory capabilities to business leaders.
The project focused on transforming broad professional expertise into a cohesive advisory brand with clear services, stronger messaging, and a defined client experience.
The Challenge
The business had expertise across human resources, operations, organizational development, leadership support, and workforce strategy, but the value proposition needed to be simplified for prospective clients.
The goal was to create a brand that communicated strategic value rather than appearing limited to traditional HR administration.
One of the project's greatest challenges was creating an identity that is instantly recognizable and inspires investor confidence, while balancing a futuristic aesthetic with the sense of reliability intrinsic to the brand's values.
The core concept draws inspiration from the cosmos and the brand's drive to transcend boundaries; no matter the distance, the delivery is guaranteed. We translated this visually through patterns forming paths that lead to a destination, a motif that extends to every corner of the visual language.
I just finalised a brand evolution and website migration for Virtuoso.
500+ CMS items and 150+ static pages moved from Webflow to Framer.
Alongside that, I helped shape the brand across web, campaigns, product and motion.
The impact:
• Helped shift 80% outbound to 80% inbound
• Built a clearer and more consistent brand presence
• Made a complex AI product easier to understand, trust and buy
I’ve been working with Virtuoso as their design partner on a monthly retainer, helping the brand evolve as the company grows.
500+ CMS items is not a small migration, that's the kind of project that eats weeks just in QA. What almost went wrong during the Webflow to Framer move?
