A glimpse of the social media feed designs I created for Beauty Buzz, a beauty-focused alternative media platform. 💄✨
For this project, I designed Instagram content tailored to the beauty niche, with a strong focus on creating visuals that feel modern, engaging, and aligned with the interests of beauty enthusiasts.
The challenge was to present beauty-related content in a way that was both visually appealing and easy to consume while maintaining a consistent visual identity across the feed.
Using Canva and Adobe Illustrator, I explored different combinations of color, typography, and layout design to create content that could capture attention and encourage engagement.
The project involved:
Social media feed design
Visual content layouting
Typography and graphic composition
Color exploration and visual hierarchy
Content adaptation for Instagram
Maintaining a cohesive feed aesthetic.

KARMAE: ASTER | Product, Packaging & 3D Development
Part two moves a little closer to the product itself.
ASTER was designed as the softer side of the KARMAE world, but that softness still needed structure. The material language became a big part of that balance, combining frosted glass, muted metallics and pale neutral tones to keep the product feeling tactile, refined and recognisable.
From there, the packaging and product details were developed to feel like part of the same system rather than separate applications. The aim was to keep every touchpoint visually quiet, but still specific enough to carry the identity on its own.
Everything shown here was designed and directed by me, including the product development, packaging, materials, compositions and final 3D renders built in Blender.

I had fun with this one. 🍣
I wanted to see how far I could push a food-focused social media layout without making it feel too busy. The idea was to keep the sushi as the main attraction while using bold type, strong contrast, and simple layouts to make each post stand out on the feed.
I played around with promotional posts, combo offers, and more editorial-style layouts to give the campaign some variety while keeping everything visually connected.
Honestly, I really like how the set came together.

Food layouts usually tip over exactly where you flagged: the type starts competing with the appetite appeal. Letting FRESH run off the frame edge is a clever dodge - it keeps the loudness while the eye still lands on the sushi. For me the dark-plate frames hold that balance best of the set.
