Led the business analysis and requirement definition for a logistics operations enhancement project focused on compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Contributions
✅ Defined requirements for E-Challan and Court Challan management workflows
✅ Improved reporting capabilities by introducing enhanced Redash dashboards with vehicle-level and challan-level visibility
✅ Collaborated with stakeholders to design driver allocation validation rules, preventing assignment of drivers with expired or soon-to-expire licenses
✅ Gathered and documented requirements for reimbursement tracking enhancements, including dummy amount and comment fields for reporting purposes
✅ Worked closely with product, engineering, and operations teams during UAT to refine business rules and improve user experience
