How to choose a sound designer for your first feature film
If this is your first feature, here’s something worth keeping in mind when browsing profiles on Contra:
Don’t only look at tools, software lists, or long credit sections.
Instead, look for someone who:
• asks for a locked or near-locked cut
• talks about story, pacing, and intent — not just deliverables
• defines scope clearly before pricing
