Dapper Lane Barber Studio is a fictional appointment-based barbershop in Gulberg, Lahore, built to solve a simple problem: turning customer booking inquiries into confirmed appointments without the owner having to manage endless back-and-forth messages.
I built a streamlined booking experience where customers can choose a service, select an available time, enter their details, and confirm their appointment through one simple flow. On the owner side, bookings are organized in one place so appointments are easier to manage and follow up on.
The goal is simple: less manual work for the owner, less friction for the customer, and a faster path from “Can I book?” to “You’re booked.”

Really depends on how and where youre using it
Silver Steps — a 10-second character motion study by PONTA FILMS.
A playful ballet-inspired performance becomes a trail of frozen silver poses. The character plate was created with PixVerse, then refined in Adobe After Effects with keyed silhouettes, contour extraction, restrained glow, and compositing. Adobe Illustrator was used to build the editable pose outlines, stage arch, title, and ribbon graphics.
A small experiment in turning one movement into a visual signature—graceful, playful, and unmistakably PONTA.
