For some reason I need an admin of the slack channel to admit me. Perhaps it was because I didn’t complete the onboarding process? Can someone help with this please?

Followed this exact steps : MOBBINXCONTRA2026 to access Mobbin for free Signup for a mobbin account Choose Pro Plan on the pricing page, quarterly plan Stripe checkout + redeem code But still getting this error Anyone can help to resolve?
