The AI reply comments on here are out of control.
You will build your network and clientele 5x faster if you just respond with your real thoughts, feedback, etc.
Totally agree with you Bobby. I've also noticed the same — those generic "Amazing work! comments don't help anyone.
I try to give specific feedback now, like what I liked about the lighting or the composition. Takes 30 seconds more but the connection is real. Thanks for calling this out.
I can't tell you how much I agree with this. Going through school at the same time as developing my skill sets and seeing the 'great job, good post' is just... I want to be nice and not say 'a waste of everybody's time' but. Definitely low effort. Let's talk about things!!

An AI-powered website chatbot built to answer customer questions
Your client probably didn't leave because of your bookkeeping.
They left because they waited 3 days for a reply.
Here's a simple example.
An accountant gets 15 client emails every morning.
Nothing complicated.
A few questions about transactions.
A few document requests.
A few follow-ups.
But answering them manually takes around 90 minutes a day.
90 minutes × 220 working days = 330 hours a year.
That's more than 8 full working weeks.
And here's the expensive part:
Those 330 hours aren't just admin time.
They're hours you could have spent:
→ Talking to clients
→ Reviewing their numbers
→ Finding errors
→ Offering advisory services
→ Winning new business
The solution isn't necessarily some huge AI project.
Start with the boring stuff.
For example:
Client email → AI categorizes the request → Draft response → Accountant reviews → Send
You still control the final answer.
But you don't start from a blank screen every time.
That's where I think many accounting firms get AI wrong.
They look for the biggest process to automate.
I'd start with the task you repeat every single week.
Ask yourself:
“What did I do today that I will probably have to do again tomorrow?”
That's probably your first automation opportunity.
What's one repetitive task in your accounting workflow that eats more time than it should?
Your AI isn't underperforming. Your prompts are. I've seen countless businesses struggle with AI because they're using generic prompts. Custom prompt engineering changes everything. Better outputs. Faster iterations. Real results. Whether you need help designing AI systems, optimizing workflows, or building production-ready automation, I'm here to help. Let's build something that actually works.
