Marigold is a one day concept for envato's human by design challenge. i set the direction in real photography first then generated against that standard.
Day 11 of 30: expanding the challenge from single heroes to a full landing page.
Concept: Sal & Lima, a taqueria and margarita bar. Built entirely from watercolour illustration. Torn-paper panel edges, a hand-painted script headline, and a four-colour palette of cream, chilli red, lime and warm brown.
The upper sections lead with illustration; the menu deliberately switches to clean, legible type, because decoration belongs where it seduces and clarity belongs where people are choosing what to order.
Open to landing page and hero work, especially for hospitality brands that need personality rather than polish.
I’ve had a soft spot for animals my entire life, so I wanted my pilot to combine that love with something happening right in my backyard here in Portugal: the rush for waterfront luxury real estate.
Here is the plot setup:
The Hook: Bulldozers show up to pave a cliffside pasture, trapping a lost puppy in the middle of the noise.
The Team-Up: A local cow blocks the machinery long enough to pass the pup down to a dolphin waiting in the cove, who carries her off to a secret island sanctuary.
The Interactive Choice: At the end of Episode 1, viewers get to vote - do we stay on the mainland to sabotage the construction equipment, or follow the pup to the island?
Give the teaser below a watch to hear the initial idea and tell me - would you pick Option A (mainland sabotage) or Option B (island escape)?
