Global Job Intelligence — Updated Version
I designed and built an automated job-market intelligence platform that collects, cleans, normalizes, deduplicates, and analyzes listings from six global sources through daily data pipelines.
The latest version includes:
• Approximately 20,000 job records
• 93 passing automated tests
• 16 standardized job categories
• Improved parent/child category hierarchy
• More accurate normalization and deduplication
• Expanded filters for company, category, seniority, work mode, salary availability, source, and publication date
• Interactive market intelligence and pipeline-health monitoring
• Downloadable CSV and Excel reports
Built with Python, PostgreSQL, Pandas, Streamlit, Plotly, APIs, Playwright, and GitHub Actions.

The multi-line shift chart earns its space by showing morning/evening/night as separate trends instead of one blended attendance number — that's the difference between "who's late today" and "which shift is actually understaffed." The KPI row above stays honest by not trying to say the same thing twice.
Employee Workforce & Attrition Analytics Dashboard
I designed and developed an interactive Employee Workforce & Attrition Analytics Dashboard in Microsoft Power BI to provide a clear, data-driven view of workforce structure, compensation, employee demographics, and hiring trends.
The dashboard analyzes 2K+ employees and provides key business metrics including total annual salary, average salary, and average performance rating. It also enables users to explore employee distribution across departments, locations, employment types, and gender, while the hiring trend visualization highlights workforce growth over time.
