Project Overview
Holiday Ocean 360 is a SaaS workforce management platform designed to replace manual HR processes based on spreadsheets, emails, and messaging apps.
The platform provides employees, managers, and HR teams with a centralized environment for managing leave requests, approvals, balances, policies, attendance, and workforce records.
Employees can submit and track requests through a self-service experience, while managers gain visibility into team availability, planned absences, workload, and leave conflicts before making approval decisions.
