We've been a remote-first studio since day one.
Not because it was trendy. Not because it was cheaper.
Because we wanted to work with the right people, regardless of where they lived.
One thing I didn't expect?
The biggest advantage wasn't the 24-hour workflow. It was the 24-hour perspective.
A project might start in Arizona, get picked up somewhere else while we're offline, and come back with ideas we wouldn't have landed on by ourselves.
Fresh eyes catch things familiar eyes miss.

That's why I don't think the real value of a global team is speed.
It's perspective.
