Probably one of my most complex pieces to date. ✨
Lately, I’ve been sitting with this undeniably strong urge to push my work to new heights, so I decided to make this piece with LUSH's knot wraps in mind.
I have always been a big fan of the brand’s art direction, their commitment to sustainability and their ongoing campaign against animal testing. It only felt right to create a pattern that put animals front and centre.
I’d love to see this design out in the wild, so if anyone can help make that dream a reality, that would be amazing! 💜
Putting the animals front and center given LUSH's stance against animal testing is such a smart conceptual thread, it's not just a pretty pattern, it actually says something. A piece this dense must take forever to get the repeat tiling seamlessly, how long did this one take start to finish?
