IMPRINT is a complete digital booking and studio management experience built for a modern tattoo studio.
The goal was to solve a common business problem: turning “Can I book with you?” into a confirmed, trackable appointment without relying on scattered messages, manual availability checks, payment confirmations, and separate records.
I built an end-to-end experience where clients can discover the studio, explore the gallery and Flash designs, book a Custom Consultation, view real appointment availability, select an in-person consultation in Wuse 2, complete payment securely through Paystack, and receive a booking confirmation and downloadable receipt.
The experience also includes client accounts and a dedicated client dashboard for managing appointments.
On the studio side, IMPRINT includes a clean admin workspace where the owner can manage appointments, clients, availability, payments, communications and booking activity. A completed client booking flows through to the studio so the owner can see the appointment, client information and payment status in one place.
The result is a connected workflow from discovery to booking, payment and studio management, reducing manual back-and-forth while giving both the client and studio a clearer experience.
