Everyone’s asking, “When not AI?” That’s the wrong question.

The real one is: Who’s accountable for the judgment?

Use AI for speed, drafts, and patterns. But when decisions affect people, values, or long-term direction. That’s a human responsibility.

A few months ago, after clearing three interview rounds, I was rejected for a test task not for the solution. But for using AI to write comments above my functions.

That’s the real gap.

AI isn’t the problem. We’re just not trained to use it well yet.
