The Strait of Hormuz — Documentary-Style Edit (Practice Project)
Self-directed edit exploring why the Strait of Hormuz matters globally and the risks if it's ever closed. Structured found footage into a clear arc — strategic importance, escalating risks, global stakes.
What I did: Color graded for consistency, built motion titles/on-screen text in After Effects to reinforce key facts, and paced cuts for retention on a dense, explainer-style topic.
Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects.

I’m looking for a talented video/audio editor to help edit episodes I’ve already recorded and turn them into polished, professional content.
Responsibilities
Edit full-length video and audio episodes.
Clean up audio and improve pacing.
Remove mistakes, pauses, and unnecessary sections.
Create engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from the episodes.
Add captions, transitions, and simple graphics when needed.

Someone experienced with podcast/video editing and short-form content who has a good sense of storytelling, pacing, and what makes content engaging.
