Ride & Bite Pro — full product tour (3 minutes)

A ride-hailing, food delivery and parcel delivery platform built as one connected system instead of three disconnected apps. The tour walks through all four surfaces in the order a real customer, driver, restaurant and operations team would touch them.

00:00 One platform, three apps, one control room 00:12 Customer app: ride, food and parcel from a single home screen 00:24 Booking on a real map: pickup pin, destination search, route preview 00:33 Trip planning with pickup, multiple stops and drop-off 00:42 Fare screen: vehicle class, itemised breakdown, payment method 00:51 Food: storefront, menu, basket 01:00 Parcel: same fleet, size tiers, shared live tracking 01:09 Driver app: offers that show fare, drop distance and payout before accepting 01:22 Active trip: step states, rider contact, live fare 01:31 Earnings: daily totals and payout history 01:40 Merchant panel: kitchen queue with live orders and prep timers 01:52 Merchant menu and storefront: outlets, items, availability 02:01 Merchant payouts: revenue, commission and settlements 02:10 Admin panel: live operations — bookings, revenue, SLA and system health 02:23 Dispatch board: assignment, lateness and demand in one view 02:32 Finance: courier payouts, merchant settlements, refunds 02:41 Support, accounts and content management 02:50 Recap and stack

HOW IT IS BUILT Flutter front end across the customer, driver, merchant and admin surfaces. A pure-Dart REST API (shelf) with MySQL underneath — no PHP and no Go in this stack. JWT authentication with per-role and per-store scoping, so a merchant only ever sees their own orders and a driver only sees their own trips. Order state transitions are idempotent, so a retried request cannot double-assign a driver. Dockerised deploy, 9/9 automated tests green on the ops-sync layer in v1.0.2.

WHAT THIS KIND OF BUILD PROVES Multi-role products are mostly a data-modelling and permissions problem, not a UI problem. Keeping four roles, one order lifecycle and money movement consistent while every surface is open at once is the actual work.
