Smart Face Counter App: Real-Time Detection
Face Counter is a simple Python application that allows users to detect and count faces in real-time using a webcam or by selecting an image from the gallery. The application provides a user-friendly graphical interface built with Tkinter and leverages OpenCV for face detection.
Features Webcam Mode: View live webcam feed and count faces in real-time.
Gallery Mode: Select an image from the gallery and detect faces.
Face Detection: Utilizes OpenCV's Haar cascade classifier for face detection.
Capture and Save: Capture images from the webcam, annotate the number of faces. and save them to disk.
Cross-platform: Compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux.

The portrait in the video: 3.3° slope, 3.6 mm deep, match 0.80.

Photos were the hard part.
A full-contrast face came out 7.1 mm deep, over the 6 mm cut line.
So every photo now keeps a soft base glow.
Behind it runs a real workshop.
Orders move through each stage on the Workshop board.

Overview
Rozi is a comprehensive fintech and e-commerce mobile app concept built specifically for modern freelancers and remote workers who earn in foreign currencies (USD) and manage local expenses. The goal was to bridge the gap between complex global payment gateways and everyday financial clarity through a clean, approachable light-mode aesthetic.
The Problem
Freelancers often struggle with scattered payouts across platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Payoneer, making it difficult to track actual take-home earnings after conversion rates and withdrawal fees.

Unified Dashboard: Aggregates multi-platform payouts, active contracts, and available balances into a single clear interface.

Real-Time Currency Conversion: Automatically calculates USD earnings into local currency (PKR) with live exchange rate tracking.
Transparent Fee Tracker: Breaks down platform cuts and transaction fees to give users a precise view of their net income.
Onboarding & Secure Flows: Implements smooth onboarding steps, quick identity verification cues, and intuitive multi-wallet management.
Design System & Art Direction
Aesthetic: Clean light-mode design utilizing soft pastel pink accents (#F4E2E2), crisp white container cards, and deep charcoal typography for high readability.
Typography: Modern, structured sans-serif type scales ensuring optimal legibility across small mobile screens and web breakpoints.
Deliverables: Complete user research personas, user journey maps, 3x3 mobile mockup presentation grids, full interactive app flows, and reusable design system tokens.

I built a modern, AI-powered Grooming Studio Booking & Management Platform using Base44, designed to simplify appointment scheduling for customers and daily operations for business owners.
The goal was to create a seamless experience where customers can explore grooming services, meet the specialists, check opening hours, and book appointments in just a few simple steps.
