Problem

Orders often arrive by email and must be processed manually. This takes time and increases the risk of mistakes or missed orders.

Solution

I built an automation that processes incoming order emails, extracts order details, logs them in Google Sheets, sends a confirmation email to the customer, and notifies the team in Slack.

My role: Email Collection and Cleaning up the sheet

Project description:

The client provided me with a list of around 13k leads that haven't email included. He asked to collect their valid emails and clean up the list.

After getting the list I started collecting emails from each lead using my experience and paid tools. Many of them haven't any email found so skip them. After collecting emails I verify each email and then send it to my client. I also cleaned up the list removed bad emails, corrected first names, and removed unwanted words from person names and company names.

After getting the complete and error-free list my client was pleased with my work.
