My mom thinks I can do anything. I told her there should be an app for seniors. She told me I should make one. I told her, “I can’t do that!” And she said, “Yes, you can!” I mean I guess I could try Figma Make...
Not sure I beat the Config Makeathon deadline (I couldn't find my post) but I designed an app for seniors using Figma Make! I also used FigJam (FUN!) for the User Persona and Storyboards (practicing my screenwriting skills at the same time).
I know it still needs a lot of fixes but going through the research, design and development phases in (personal) record time is a win in my book. That, and pushing through despite being injured and groggy from my meds 🏅
P.S.: Please excuse the lack of voiceover. I’m still recovering after falling down the stairs and hitting my head (six stitches!) last Sunday. ☹️

Built a concept website for an autonomous surveillance robot fully interactive 3D scene running live in Spline.
Dark environment, electric blue lightning, the unit sitting right in the middle of it. The kind of hero section that doesn't need a headline to make a point.

That's exactly why I built Vent It.
It's a safe little space where you write everything you've been holding in and watch it disappear into the fog. No storage. No receipts. Just you, your words, and that lighter feeling after.
The background shifts with real time, so if you're venting at 3am, it feels like 3am. It matches your moment.
And you're never fully alone. There's a tiny cat companion that somehow always knows what to say when you're going through it.
I built this because I couldn't find a place like this when I needed one. So I made it.
