My newest paid job with Burke Orthodontics has kicked off. A mobile app for employees to help with their scheduling conflicts. I have personally sat down and spent time in their office on my own time to learn what issues employees are having on a day to day basis and spoke to leadership to see how we could start fixing these issues.

Every issue started with where the heck they're supposed to be on that specific day. With 3 locations across the Dayton, OH area. Things are constantly changing and schedules are being rearranged for the best patient experience possible. With this comes the headache of manually making a schedule and this takes hours and hours between many different staff members. So we stepped in to simplify this.
