TRACENERVE — AI agent observability. An internal tool at PASV that shows what AI agents are doing while they run, so drift from the brief is caught during the run. I led the design end to end. Research: about 30 interviews and a review of 6 competing tools. Team feedback: tasks done about 3× faster, with fewer reruns. NDA, names and data changed.

Spaces that feel like nature.
I kept coming back to one question on this concept: does a furniture brand feel more premium in low light or in daylight? So I built both.
The warm version sells atmosphere. The light version sells the product. Both use the same type scale and the same circular motif holding a landscape behind the piece.

I’ve just wrapped up a new project with The Hidden Transit! 😊
I designed and developed a conversion-focused landing page for their Critical Conversation Lab programme, along with a few improvements to their existing website.

Nice work on the Critical Conversation Lab landing page, Julia. Pairing a focused programme page with fixes to the existing site is often where the real conversion gains come from.
