I designed and developed a custom stock management web application for Saikoon Kitchen, built around the realities of daily kitchen operations. The platform lets staff organize inventory by supplier, search products quickly, monitor low-stock alerts, update quantities, and create purchase orders without relying on spreadsheets or fragmented manual processes.

I also built practical workflow features that make the system usable across desktop and mobile: custom product creation, persistent product-image uploads, permanent product deletion with tracking, PDF purchase-order exports, and a responsive PWA-friendly interface. The focus was a dependable, straightforward tool that helps the team see what needs ordering and act on it quickly.

Tech used: Python, Flask, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Jinja templates, ReportLab for PDF generation, Supabase for data/storage, JSON fallback storage, GitHub, and Render for deployment.
